Are You Self-Aware?


Self-awareness is a key leadership practice that can help you build on your strengths and identify any specific thoughts, behaviors, or habits that might be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Once you’ve identified a thought, behavior, or habit that you want to change, set a specific intention to detail how you want it to change, and what you want the end result to look like.

Having set your intention, pay attention to the areas where it shows up in your life. Take advantage of these moments to become more aware of how you’re thinking, feeling, and acting and how to align these behaviors with the intention you’ve set.

Use your journal, planner, or other means to record your observations and describe how you can show up differently.
