Becoming a Conscious Leader


Conscious leaders have an uncanny ability to be both self and socially aware. Their vision is wider, deeper, and longer than most.

A conscious leader is resilient. He or she is able to bounce back quickly from the setbacks they experience organizationally, managerially, or personally.

He or she is both able and willing to create an environment that empowers all stakeholders to contribute to the mission of the organization at their fullest potential.

  • Learn about consciousness, resiliency, and compassion.
  • Explore your potential blind spots as a leader and its impact on organizational performance and culture.
  • Learn about bounce back rate (BBR), and how to recover from setbacks more quickly.
  • Discuss how compassion can lead to creating high performance cultures.

Be self-aware enough to stop the busyness and commit to participating in this progressive dialogue on how to take your leadership and organization to the next level.


To encourage collaboration and inter-dependence, in 2011 we began hosting a Leadership Roundtable group comprised of local business leaders, managers, and executives who shared the same passion for human performance and development. Once a quarter, these groups meet at our office to network and share their successes, challenges, experiences, and ideas for the purpose of learning from one another and widening their perspective.
