Do You Pause?


Periodically throughout the day, pause for a few seconds to observe the flow of your breath. Become aware of a silent, but powerful sense of presence.

This exercise can help you to relax and open up. It will help bring new insights and choices to the challenges of the day. It will bring a sense of calmness, well being, and detachment that will allow things to happen more easily for you.

Try it a few times during the day by noticing your breath and opening up you will begin to let your body help field what may come your way.
