New leaders and experienced managers who want practical tools and coaching support.

Five sessions at three hours plus one 90-minute Action Learning session. Additionally four 1-hour coaching meetings will be scheduled between workshops.

Both options are offered. See the dates section to choose your format.

$2,973 per person

Coaching sessions are for the purpose of helping participants contextualize and apply their learnings from the group sessions. Coaching sessions are one-on-one conversations designed to be a safe environment for participants to explore their own unique leadership practice while gaining support and direction from one of our certified leadership coaches.

The Action Learning session is an interactive opportunity to share, listen and present to the group what’s been working and where participants might be challenged in their leadership development work.
