LEADERSHIP PRACTICE
Rationale: Journaling is an important practice to your leadership development. Research shows that taking just a few minutes each day to make a short journal entry greatly increases your chances of moving beyond just knowing what you would like to do, and actually start doing what you know. Journaling is a tool to aid you in capturing your conscious and subconscious thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
Instructions: Take some time this week to journal about what leadership traits and characteristics you aspire to. Which are you doing well and which are in need of development? What will you do to progress in the areas you aspire to?
