I thoroughly enjoyed every component of the Emergent Leader course. My prior ways of thinking and responding were challenged and I grew tremendously – learning from both the coaches and my peers!

Even though we met online, the breakout rooms helped us all to connect, get to know each other and realize that we were facing similar struggles – even though we all worked in very different environments.

The one-on-one sessions gave me the opportunity to explore ways to develop in areas I was struggling with professionally. I felt comfortable opening up to the coach and have been able to take the feedback and suggestions and see a real improvement in my own work environment.
