Rater Notification

Once you’ve selected your raters, email each of them so they know they know to be looking for an email from Multi Rater Surveys <info@multiratersurveys.com>.

Dear (rater name),

I have the opportunity to participate in a 360° Feedback Assessment Instrument administered through Emergent.

Based upon guidelines suggested to us by Emergent, I have selected you as a Rater in this process. I am asking you to contribute to my professional development, and the development of CFSI as an organization, by providing open and honest feedback. I trust that your feedback will be respectful and candid. In return, you can expect that your feedback is confidential (with the exception of the manager rater category). Your individual ratings will not be shared with me, rather the data will be reported in aggregate.

On or about Monday, September 16, you will receive an email from @MultiRaterSurvey.com requesting you to complete a survey that will take approximately 20 minutes. I would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to complete this survey by no later than Wednesday, September 25.

If you do not receive the survey by end of day on Tuesday, September 17 or if you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Patton of Emergent at tiffany@getemergent.com.
