A Look Back at 2024

As 2024 comes to a close, we at Emergent are reflecting on the most recent chapter in our story. It was an incredible year filled with accomplishments and milestones that underscore our resilience, innovation, and dedication to excellence, made possible by the belief and commitment of not only our team, but our wider family of partners, clients, and associates.

This year, we celebrated key moments that have marked our journey:

• Welcoming Mariella Canady-Towns: Mariella joined us as an executive coach specializing in leadership development and organizational growth. She has been instrumental in mentoring the next generation of leaders to navigate complexities with confidence and strategic insight. • Celebrating 20 Years of Emergent: 2024 marked two decades of empowering leaders and organizations to achieve their full potential. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has joined us on this journey.

• Hosting Our First Leadership Breakfast: In an enlightening and fun experience, we brought together a community of leaders from diverse industries to connect and learn about Emergent’s offerings. We look forward to more of these opportunities in 2025.

• Introducing Everyday EI: We developed an exciting offering launching in 2025, designed to help learners at all levels build emotional intelligence skills. Ask us for more information.

• Supporting Literacy Through the Full STEAM Ahead Program: This holiday season, we proudly sponsored the United Way of CNY’s Full STEAM Ahead program at STEAM @ Dr. King School in the Syracuse City School District for the 2024–2025 school year.
