Eight Additional Minutes of Movement
Eight more minutes of movement per day is our gift to (and ask of) you on this eighth day of leadership. Movement will keep you more alert, focused, and engaged in all you do, personally and professionally. Track your movement each day and utilize a variety of mobility, strength, metabolic, and power exercises. Eight more minutes per day – that’s it. Do extra flights of stairs, park farther away, add a few more minutes to a Peloton work-out, go an extra loop on your dog walk, add 100 sit-ups to a cardio workout.
