Attitude of Gratitude
Invest ONE minute sometime during the day to reflect upon the things and people you are grateful for. Make a list if you like, or simply focus on ONE thing you are grateful for and reflect on that throughout the day. This focus of gratitude will act as a magnet, attracting other positive things and experiences our way throughout the day. Answer the following questions as you prepare each day to perform this exercise:
What are you grateful for?
How has it impacted your life?
How does it make you feel?
