The 12 Days of Leadership – Day 11

On the eleventh day of leadership, my coach gave to me;

Eleven Additional Minutes of Sleep
When we consider the Physical Leadership Quotient (PLQ), we understand the importance of healthy diet, adequate hydration and plenty of exercise. However, we sometimes forego quality sleep for various reasons, including stress and prioritizing sleep. Being more intentional with our bedtime routines – and adding 11 minutes more sleep by turning in just a little earlier – can be an effective method to boost your PLQ!
