What would it be like if you could be, do, and have everything that you were intended to have on this journey? And what if I told you that you could continue this process of aligning what you get with what you want in just 10 minutes per day. That’s right, just 10 minutes. So you may be wondering how can this be, what is it that I need to do.
The beginning and end of each day are the most important segments of the day. It is our “do over” opportunity and it is the time for us to consciously program our subconcious mind, the mind that does about 96 % of the work during our waking moments. And I don’t care how busy you are, each of us can choose to take five minutes at the beginning and end of our days to collaborate with the universe on what it is we intend to have, be. and do.
Use these two five minute intervals to both affirm and feel the intentions that you have for your life. State these in the first person, present tense, and have them positive in nature. State it, believe it, feel it, and trust it. Use an index card and have it on your night stand with the affirmations already prescripted. Commit to reviewing these affimations as soon as you awaken and right before you fall off to sleep. Then just pay attention to what happens.
