Erika Davis has worn many hats in a varied career that spans entrepreneurship, corporate work and higher education. For many years, she received whispers from her intuition encouraging her to become a professional coach; five years ago, the whispers grew into a clear and prominent voice, and she decided to follow its advice.
Like many professional coaches, she has always felt a calling to help other professionals in their ongoing work/life integration, including helping them to find purpose and success at work.
Erika is passionate about transforming businesses into places where people choose, happily, to work, play and create.
She believes these transformations can only happen one willing leader at a time, through the care and guidance of a knowledgeable coach.
Erika’s coaching practice is rooted in 25 years of business experience and training with iPEC, an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited training program.
When she isn’t working, (and she has no plans to retire), she loves spending time with family and friends, including her two grown daughters. She also enjoys reading, learning, staying active, boating and traveling.
