With more than twenty-five years of committed energy and focus in the field of leadership development, Cathy Gaynor has been instrumental in the growth of Emergent. Her role as Managing Partner has continued to evolve. She serves as the lead architect of our programming, paving our clients’ paths toward their highest potential.
Cathy has also served our clients as a Certified Coach. Working as part of the Emergent team, she has facilitated our signature LeadFORWARD program, while also working with individuals as a private leadership development coach.
Cathy works with clients to navigate their leadership journey and develop customized solutions that address their needs.
She is passionate about building long-term client relationships founded on trust and integrity.
My coaching focuses on building meaningful relationships and helping others strengthen and expand their personal and professional connections.
Cathy launched her lifelong learning journey in Central New York, earning her associate degree from Onondaga Community College and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Education from SUNY Oswego. The education she received provided her with the opportunity to develop her talents in various management roles for several successful companies, before ultimately partnering with Emergent.
In addition to her family (husband Tim and daughter Meghan) and professional commitments, Cathy gives back to the Central New York community through organizations focused on helping women grow and achieve healthy relationships with work, home, and community.
