Excellent discussion. I do see it as a challenge to make meetings magnificent. I see smaller grouped meetings as an opportunity to lower the barriers between management and their teams. It not reasonable to expect all those in a meeting to walk away energized, however if you have inspired some, then you have sewn seeds of success.
