Leadership Agility

Many leaders have faced unprecedented challenges over the past 24 months and will continue to do so. Managing uncertainty, increasing complexity and rapid change requires flexibility with purpose, or “Leadership Agility” – the ability to adapt your leadership style as the situation warrants.     Great discussion! Paying attention to your team’s skill level and enthusiasm around individual tasks instead of making assumptions based on previous performance is good advice and should help us determine the amount and style of support necessary.
