As we begin a new year, we’re grateful for the progress, partnerships, and purposeful growth that defined the year behind us. Together, we strengthened our team, expanded our reach, and deepened our impact across the communities we serve.

Tricia Sticca earned her PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a powerful affirmation of her commitment to mastery, ethical leadership, and transformational coaching. This milestone elevates our collective capacity to serve leaders with depth and integrity.

We welcomed Erin Webster as our Client Engagement Specialist, bringing fresh energy, thoughtful organization, and a genuine passion for client experience. Her presence strengthens how we care for and connect with our community.

Ralph Simone released his new book, Slow Down To Go Faster, sharing timeless insights on living and leading with intention. The book reflects the heart of Emergent’s work creating space for clarity, alignment, and purposeful action.

We expanded our Leadership Breakfasts into Albany and Rome and began hosting Emergent Leader client classes in Albany. These expansions allow us to reach more leaders and cultivate thriving leadership communities across the region.

Through our United Way partnership, $20,000 was donated toward books for the Full Steam Ahead Program. This investment supports literacy, opportunity, and the long-term development of young minds, a gift that continues to grow.

LeadFORWARD was redesigned to offer anytime on-ramping supported by a single immersive week-long retreat. This evolution expands accessibility while deepening transformational impact, meeting leaders where they are while inviting them into meaningful growth.
Thank you for walking this journey with us, for your trust, your curiosity, your courage, and your commitment to becoming better leaders. You are the reason this work matters. We look forward to another year of possibility, learning, and shared impact together.
