Emergent Leadership Collective

1. Overview
The Emergent Leadership Collective (“Collective”) is a subscription-based leadership development experience providing facilitated sessions, educational content, community engagement, and related services.
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Collective, you (“Participant” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If enrolling on behalf of an organization:

You represent that you have authority to bind that organization

“Participant” includes both the individual user and the purchasing entity
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscription Options

Monthly Subscription: $79 per user per month
-
Annual Subscription: $799 per user per year
Includes access to programming, sessions, and benefits as described on the website.
Billing Terms

All fees are billed in advance

Payments are non-transferable
-
You authorize automatic recurring billing
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your account or by written notice

Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle
Refunds

Monthly: Non-refundable once billed
-
Annual: Non-refundable after 14 days

No prorated refunds for unused time
5. Corporate & Multi-User Access
If purchased by an organization:

Each seat is licensed to one named individual

Seats may not be shared concurrently
-
Seat reassignment is permitted with written notice
The organization is responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with these Terms

Payment of all associated fees
6. Access & Participation
Subscribers receive access to:

Monthly live sessions (in-person or virtual)
-
Community engagement platform
-
Quarterly Q&A sessions (annual subscribers)

Annual virtual retreat (annual subscribers)
-
Content library and recordings (annual subscribers)
Access is:

Individual and non-transferable

Subject to compliance with these Terms
7. Community Conduct & Confidentiality
The Collective is built on trust, dialogue, and shared learning.
You agree to:

Engage respectfully and professionally
-
Maintain confidentiality of participant discussions

Refrain from harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior
Confidentiality Clause
Participants agree not to disclose:

Personal experiences shared by others
-
Organizational or sensitive information discussed in sessions
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided are owned exclusively by Emergent, including:

Frameworks, tools, and methodologies
-
Session content and recordings
-
Written, visual, and digital materials
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and internal business use only.
You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
-
Use content for commercial training or derivative products
-
Record sessions without written permission
9. Non-Solicitation
During participation and for 12 months after termination, you agree not to:

Solicit other participants for competing services
-
Recruit participants for external programs unrelated to the Collective
This protects the integrity of the community experience.
10. Media Release
By participating, you grant permission for:

Recording of sessions (virtual or in-person)
-
Use of anonymized quotes or insights for marketing
You will not be personally identified without explicit consent.
11. No Guarantees
The Collective provides education, tools, and facilitated experiences.
We do not guarantee:

Business outcomes
-
Promotions or career advancement
-
Specific performance improvements
Results depend on individual application and context.
12. Scheduling & Program Changes
Emergent reserves the right to:

Modify session content, facilitators, or format
-
Reschedule or cancel sessions
-
Update program components
Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
13. Technology Disclaimer
Participants are responsible for:

Internet access
-
Compatible devices
Emergent is not liable for:

Connectivity issues
-
Platform outages
-
Third-party software disruptions
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Emergent shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emergent from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your participation

Violation of these Terms

Misuse of content or materials
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

Payment is not received

Conduct undermines the community
No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.
17. Force Majeure
Emergent shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters

Illness

Technology failures
18. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
